Join PBS SoCal & community partners from Santa Ana, Compton, & Los Angeles for a conversation about STEM learning and investing in expanding the early learning ecosystem. PBS SoCal is collaborating with libraries, schools and non-traditional partners to create ecosystems of learning within these communities. Learn from their STEM Neighborhood program that is helping to create frameworks that can be scaled and replicated to meet the needs of individual communities to support families & learning.

This session will:

  • Illustrate how PBS SoCal STEM content & resources are used within the three community partners;
  • Illustrate how PBS SoCal & its community partners work together to manage challenges that they may be facing in their work with families, educators, and the community at large.

Join the “Connected Communities: Fostering Powerful STEM Family Engagement” session on November 21, 2019, at the Millennium Biltmore in Downtown Los Angeles to learn how you can support the count of children ages 0-5 in your community. Register here.
