PRIVACY POLICY: We keep all customer information confidential. We do not sell, exchange, or give away names, addresses, email addresses, or other personal information. The only exception: Upon your request, we may forward your name and/or email to other organizations or partners only as requested.
DONATION REFUND POLICY: Donations to Families In Schools are generally considered to be unrestricted non-refundable gifts. However, for donations received via our website, Families In Schools will honor a request for a donation refund if such request is submitted in writing within three (3) days from the date of the donation.
To request a refund, contact Lucille Ignacio, the Finance and Operations Manager, at 213-484-2870, ext. 224. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution, or by check if the item was paid for with a check, money order or cash. |
